About Supporting Older Australians

We are seeking Support Workers to empower individuals to live their lives with dignity and autonomy.

Our team offers a range of services, including Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), allowing clients to make their own choices about how they want to live and be supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, domestic duties, social engagement, and transportation, respecting each client's unique needs and preferences.
  • Support clients with medication management as part of their care plans.
  • Be a reliable and compassionate presence, helping clients feel valued and comfortable within their own homes.
  • Accurately document care activities and report any concerns or observations to the relevant team members.
About You

We welcome applications from all suitably qualified people who have experience in community care or aged care through employment or formal caregiving.

  • Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication.
  • Polite, open, and honest communication style, and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Strong understanding of aged care quality standards and safe work practices.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, genuinely passionate about supporting older Australians.
  • Able to work autonomously in the field.
Essential Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is essential, with medication competency highly desirable.
  • Australian Driver's License, Car Registration, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check.
