Central Coast Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team on the Central Coast. As a Support Worker, you will be empowering people to achieve their goals and dreams.

- Meal Preparation
- Maintaining customer records
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders
About You
- You are passionate about supporting people with varying abilities.
- You are compassionate and demonstrate empathy and a caring nature.
- Take responsibility, show initiative, and manage challenging situations calmly and rationally.
- Certificate III Individual Support (preferred) or demonstrated experience working with people with varying abilities, such as complex healthcare and behaviour support needs.
- Australian drivers licence (minimum P2)
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- First Aid Certificate or the ability to attain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to attain one.
- Working with Children Check (paid worker).
- Reliable smart phone.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Award Level 2 casual pay rates based on skills and experience.
- Flexible working hours working on a fortnightly Roster.
- Training and development opportunities.
- Annual Flu Vaccination.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
