Job Purpose and Impact

The primary objective of this role is to operate and maintain highly automated production machinery efficiently. This includes conducting preventative and repair maintenance tasks as well as improvement activities. The position requires effective communication with other production staff, truck drivers, and supervisors.

  • Operate and maintain highly automated production machinery
  • Conduct preventative and repair maintenance tasks
  • Complete production records accurately
  • Minimize waste during normal production
  • Maintain housekeeping and GMP standards
Key Accountabilities

Some of the daily responsibilities include:

  • Daily safe and efficient running of all packaging production lines
  • Preparation of oil blends and additive mixtures
  • Forklift Operation - transferring stock
  • Complete breakdown and preventative maintenance of all equipment
  • Completion of accurate production records
  • Maintenance of housekeeping and GMP standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a trade-qualified individual with strong troubleshooting skills, written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have prior experience in mechanical, electrical, or fabrication disciplines.
