Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative and reporting functions on behalf of the Executive Director's Program

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director's Deputy and other clinical staff
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Director or Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Experience in personal administrative support, preferably at Executive level
  • Organisational and time management skills, including capacity to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate own and others' work to deliver agreed outcomes within strict deadlines
  • A demonstrated ability to show initiative, improve systems and processes
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Office suite
  • Ability to use other common software applications as necessary
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
