Insurance Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our brokers, including insurance renewals, cancellations, and invoices.
- Handle incoming enquiries and requests from brokers and clients.
- Maintain and update client CRM databases and online platforms.
- Work with Excel data and reports to manage efficient and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation of debtor reports and information to action or distribute to brokers.
- Monitor insurance policies and deadlines to send renewals on time.
- Collaborate and manage key stakeholders, including brokers, services, and insurance teams.
- Check and process Home Warranty and Domestic Building Insurance applications, certificates, and cancellations.

- Work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team and culture.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment and team collaboration.
