Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging programs that cater to the diverse preferences of the children in your care, fostering a sense of belonging and happiness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining a high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with local schools, parents, and the broader community, promoting a culture of inclusivity and trust.
  • Engage in playful activities with the children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Take ownership of coordinating duties during School Holiday periods, leveraging this opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our programs.

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am (Before School Care)
  • Monday to Friday: 3:00pm - 6:15pm (After School Care)

This role attracts a split shift allowance of $17.97 per day in addition to your hourly rate, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the unique value of your contributions.
