As QA Lead, you'll have the mandate to set the standard, not just follow it.
You'll lead a tight, talented team of three, embedding quality from strategy through to release, while working alongside passionate engineers and product leaders who want things done right the first time.
Your impact
Define and own the QA vision, uplifting frameworks, automation, and performance testing.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring their growth matches the ambition of the platform.
Champion a quality-first culture across product and engineering — influencing, challenging, and elevating the way software is delivered.
Drive quality excellence across CI/CD pipelines and modern test automation stacks (Playwright, Selenium, API testing, TypeScript).
What makes you right
Proven leadership in QA or Test Management, ideally in SaaS, HR/payroll, or financial systems.
Deep automation expertise and hands-on technical strength.
Brilliant communication skills — you can engage executives, mentor juniors, and collaborate with peers effortlessly.
