Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS, COMMUNITY GROUPS, AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPANTS.
  • Negotiate individualized employment pathway plans with participants, maximizing their independence, employability, social, and life skills.
  • Engage, prepare, and address vocational barriers to employment by negotiating education, training, and work experience activities.
  • SUPPORT JOB PLACEMENTS AND POST-EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT TO ENABLE SUSTAINABLE LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES.
