Job Title

A dynamic leader is required to manage and work alongside our facilities team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.

This role involves overseeing the completion of daily tasks and ensuring that all work is carried out to standard and on schedule. You will also act as a point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially for new or seasonal staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate facilities team activities, including inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, and cleaning duties.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, water testing, work orders, and digital logs.
  • Support facilities team operations by responding to maintenance requests and conducting spot checks.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in outdoor environments and handling equipment.
  • Fluency in English language.

Site-specific training will be provided, and desirable qualifications include Water Quality or Pool Operations Training, White Card, Confined Space Training, Working at Heights Training, Manual Handling Training, Forklift License, and Manual Drivers Licence.
