Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting Staff Grooming: Ensure staff present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Complete necessary tasks, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing doors during opening and closing procedures.
  • Dining Room Monitoring: Regularly inspect seating availability, service standards, safety, and the well-being of guests in dining areas.
  • Supervisory Support: Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, 2+ years of related work experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively working with diverse groups.
