About the Opportunity

The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience as clients navigate their journey in selecting a new home design. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors to the fully furnished display home and providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the display home, ensuring it is always looking its best.
  • Supporting customers throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, and providing expert guidance on home design and living spaces.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions to assist informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
  • Ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinating with all departments to enhance the customer experience.
About You

We are looking for an outgoing and passionate individual with strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should have a keen interest in home design and living spaces, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Previous customer service and sales experience in retail or a service-related industry is preferred. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with team members and have strong organizational skills to manage documentation and communications.
