Main Responsibilities
  • Foster resident engagement and promote independence through activities and events
  • Design and deliver innovative programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Provide direct care during activities such as outings and meal services
  • Support colleagues and maintain a collaborative team environment
  • Maintain a safe working environment to protect all individuals involved
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support or similar qualifications
  • Able to establish strong relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player committed to excellence
  • A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, and spiritual beliefs
  • Willingsness to obtain necessary clearances and certifications
