Leisure Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Leisure Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging leisure activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver creative leisure programs that promote resident participation and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or relevant industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
