Ministry Training Officer
">Job Description:">The role of the Ministry Training Officer involves providing pastoral care and administrative support to apprentices, trainers and training centres. This includes communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing documentation, and providing resources for theological and ministry training.
">Key Responsibilities:">• Provide pastoral care and communication to MTS Apprentices, Trainers and Training Centres
• Support in the development and implementation of theological and ministry training programs
• Assist in the management of apprenticeship documentation
• Maintain accurate records and databases
To be successful in this role, you will need a mature Christian faith, active service in a Christian church, and formal qualifications in theology and experience in Christian ministry. You should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have high attention to detail.
