  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop new team members, focusing on retention and career advancement opportunities.

  • Handle banking, cash deposits, and administrative tasks, requiring reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals through effective planning and execution.
  • Implement company programs and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.
