Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesperson/Store Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts knowledge. They will also possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a positive attitude towards customer service.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to store sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Perform daily tasks such as stocking shelves, processing orders, and handling returns and exchanges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and process orders.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • A valid driver's license and fleet safety certification to operate company vehicles safely.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
