Lead Store Operations to Success

As a seasoned leader, you will drive store performance by taking full ownership of operations, team, and results. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees across all shifts and performing various duties including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by executing company programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and actively promote key items.
  • Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising to meet business objectives.
  • Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
