Store Team Member - Cleaning and Trolley Collection

Coles Supermarkets operates over 800 stores across Australia, requiring a team effort to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Store Team Member with a focus on Cleaning and Trolley Collection. This key role ensures our customers have a safe and seamless shopping experience while creating a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors using various equipment and products
  • Cleaning, dusting, and wiping shelving and equipment throughout the store
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions

Requirements and Skills:

  • Providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • Working independently and following instructions
  • Physical fitness, activity, and energy, as the role involves lifting up to 17kgs and working in various environments
  • Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
