Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming store experience. As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our stores meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Your responsibilities will include working through a checklist of cleaning tasks, using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain the store's floors, shelving, and other areas. You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of the weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Clean and maintain shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains, as well as dusting and wiping down surfaces.
  • Collect and return trolleys from around the store and carpark, adapting to changing weather conditions.
About You

We're looking for candidates who possess excellent attention to detail, a keen eye for cleanliness, and a passion for working safely. As a team member, you'll be expected to work autonomously and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a solid work ethic.

You should be physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs, and available for a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
