About the Job

This is a finance role where you will be responsible for customer service and sales.

As a Retail Banker, you will be interacting with customers daily, offering products and services that meet their needs.

You will also be processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
  2. Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
  3. Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
  4. Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with our company's training.
Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;

  • OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience;

  • OR a Bachelor's degree.
