About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team in delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their dental experience.
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all procedures.
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, providing support and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our dental team.
Requirements:
- 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and support.
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
- Passionate about customer service and patient care, with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for all.
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful and light-hearted manner, making them feel at ease and valued.
