About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Bupa Dental Capri. Located in the beautiful Isle of Capri, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Heart of the Role
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout their dental treatment.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly.
  • Deliver high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists, working closely together to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our practice.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring that our practice remains a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff.
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and follow-up care.
What You'll Bring
  • 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and support.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to maintain an orderly environment, with a knack for systematic approaches and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
