About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Expert to join our Defence team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering digital supply chain solutions, procurement strategies, and operational excellence initiatives. You will be part of a high-performing team that collaborates with clients to drive transformative change.

This is a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, applying data-driven analysis and structured thinking to generate insights and drive results. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as supply chain IT platforms, analytics, visualisation tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital supply chain solutions, including supply chain IT platforms, analytics, and visualisation tools.
  • Design and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings and process optimisation.
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives, leveraging methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in delivering digital supply chain solutions, procurement strategies, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing data-driven analysis and structured thinking to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior executives.
  • Australian Citizenship preferred.
