Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Expert to lead our business analysis initiatives. This role will involve gathering requirements, tracing activities, and supporting program deliverables aligned with our strategic objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, problems, and opportunities. Your expertise in business analysis methods and techniques will enable you to understand and articulate complex business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and driving scope, requirements definition, and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
  • Establishing documents to articulate requirements, standard operating procedures, and complex flow via diagrams and pictorial representations.
  • Understanding of Information Technology (IT) development principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and critical thinking.
