Job Description

We are seeking Electrical Supervisors to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As part of our Electrical Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading by example and championing best practice in HSE.

  • Mentor junior leaders and employees in technical and quality requirements
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes
  • Carry out prestart risk assessments and review and authorise JHA's
  • Oversee performance of external contractors and suppliers
  • Compilation of work packs for project works
  • Conduct regular audits on electrical activities and electrical installing works
  • Ensure all electrical statutory notices and certifications are completed, submitted, and recorded in accordance with legislation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A WA Electrical Licence
  • Experience in a supervisory position
  • Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor training (or Section 44 with aim to complete S26)
  • Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects
  • Experience completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary project or shutdown environment
  • The ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on multiple projects
