About the Role
Step into a pivotal finance leadership role with direct CEO influence, reporting directly to the SCEE Electrical CEO, you'll lead our finance function and deliver high-quality insights, systems, and processes that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with direct influence on company growth and performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead the finance function to deliver accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury, debtor management, and project bonding requirements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in line with strategic goals.
- Review and challenge project financial summaries, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliations.
- Maintain oversight of payroll approvals, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Ensure compliance with all tax, audit, and statutory obligations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and collaboration.

What You'll Do

- CPA or CA qualification (essential).
- Proven senior finance leadership experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or resources.
- Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
- Track record in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Direct reporting line to the CEO.
