Electrical Maintenance Management Role

The key objective of an Electrical Maintenance Manager is to ensure seamless operational functionality across facilities and equipment.

  • Main responsibilities include maintaining service delivery at a tactical and transactional level, ensuring planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables are completed within contractual timeframes, compliance regulations, and KPIs.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • A proven track record in Facilities Maintenance, Trade management, or scheduling, or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
  • Possess Electrical trade qualifications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Experience in Asset Management and Facilities Management.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams towards delivering results.
