In this diverse role, you will understand how employees make a difference to an organisation, including the effects that employment, engagement, retention, development, and industrial legislation have on achieving operational objectives. This role will report to the People & Culture Business Partner and is located in Hume, ACT.

**What You'll Bring:**

  • Qualifications in Human Resources along with previous experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial sectors
  • Exposure and understanding in the areas of Workforce Relations/IR legislation, Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Ability to proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders with a true understanding of client requirements
  • High level organisational skills including the proven capacity to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
