Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment process, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of recruitment services to clients.
  • Monitor and respond to recruitment queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring they are aligned with best practices and meet business needs.
  • Manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including:
    • Managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries.
    • Utilising problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries.
  • Conduct candidate searches using LinkedIn and other platforms to identify suitable candidates for roles.
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services by providing input on system enhancements and documenting knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • An interest and ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field.
