Senior Recruitment Consultant Position

This is a career opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

About the Role
  • We are looking for someone to be trained to become a market specialist, recruiting for healthcare professionals across Australia's regional, rural and remote communities.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, creating long-lasting partnerships.
  • You will leverage your sales and relationship-building skills to grow your desk, backed by our strong brand, network, and expert in-house marketing team to help build your client and candidate base.
  • You will work in a high-performing team that supports each other's success.

Requirements
  • We require experienced recruiters OR sales professionals with a strong track record of exceeding targets while also building and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
