About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Global Head of Revenue Operations to help us optimize revenue velocity and design a revenue operations strategy aligned with our strategic business priorities.
- Ongoing revenue performance optimization - driving business process improvements across our revenue teams, leveraging data to inform strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of GTM-related projects.
- Strategic planning and roadmap delivery for the revenue operations team, partnering closely with Go-To-Market leaders and the Chief Revenue Officer.
- Leading a high-performing global revenue operations team of 10+ Heroes globally, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Design, monitor, and support GTM leaders in executing a revenue optimization strategy; achieve 100% regional sales targets; execute 75% of GTM-related strategic projects quarterly; maintain high NPS with the GTM leadership team.
Your Key AccountabilitiesDrive revenue performance through optimized processes and technology; lead the creation and roll-out of all revenue budgets, commission plans, and other performance initiatives; support the development of a high-performing revenue operations team.
What You'll BringProven experience leading revenue operations in a high-growth, fast-paced global tech company; advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), BI tools (Tableau or similar), and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar); strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Extensive experience with Go-To-Market tech stacks, understanding tech procurement, optimization processes, and designing scalable systems; project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
