The Ignite Graduate Program is a two-year opportunity for law graduates to grow with our firm and become trusted advisors to clients.

About the Program

This program offers an incredible chance to explore diverse career possibilities available to law graduates within a full-service accounting and advisory firm. The program is structured to provide hands-on experience across various areas of law, including core tax, state tax, personal insolvency, and corporate insolvency.

Program Structure
  • Three 8-month rotations across two of our Practice Groups: Tax Advisory and Business Recovery & Insolvency
  • Exposure to a wide variety of work, clients, and industries
Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing legislation and applying it to client cases
  • Preparing evidence and questions
  • Attending mediations and witness examinations
  • Communicating with creditors and employees of insolvent businesses
  • Interpreting financial accounts
  • Preparing statements of claim
  • Tax residency analysis
  • Reviewing payroll tax reconciliations to determine tax liability

Requirements

We seek law graduates with a keen interest in business who are eager to grow with our firm and become trusted advisors to our clients. Here's what we're looking for:

  • You are a soon-to-be or recent law graduate
  • A completed Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor is required
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
