About the Job

We're seeking an experienced traveller to join our team as a Travel Consultant. As a seasoned professional, you'll have a history of international destinations and be the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets help them achieve their goals. You'll be a team player who is open to feedback on ways to improve your sales processes and always look for new ways to build on your success.

  1. An uncapped incentives payment structure - earn a percentage of every sale you make from day one
  2. Average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties, increasing to 78k by the second year
