About You

  • 5 years of experience in Employment Services management is required for this role.
  • You must have proven experience in leading mentoring and coaching a geographically dispersed team to achieve high levels of work performance and compliance.
  • Able to lead and develop a customer-centric team with a focus on strong and effective communication, leadership, and development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local labour market is required, along with a solid understanding of performance reports.
