Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Operations Director to lead our regional operations in Perth South. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality employment services across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in employment services management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and customers.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans to achieve business objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in workforce planning, performance reporting, and budget management will be essential in driving business growth and excellence.
