As an experienced Employment Services Director, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centered services that reflect our organization's values.

About the Role
  1. Lead a team of employment consultants in implementing the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.
  2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  3. Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs in employment, wellbeing, and workplace readiness.
