Strategic Support Professional

We are seeking experienced professionals to support our Senior Executives in a Defence Digital Group. To succeed, you will have great interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate needs, and demonstrate flexibility and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Senior Executive Service office, including diary management, meeting arrangements, liaison with stakeholders, and responding to correspondence.
- Perform procurement, reconciliation, and acquittal functions for the Senior Executive Office budget and financial delegate responsibilities.
- Identify risks and uncertainties and take account in planning, decision making, and priority setting.
- Implement and advise on Defence administration policy and procedures.
- Build and sustain relationships to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Prioritise and make recommendations to provide high-level administrative assistance.
- Resolve problems using expertise and initiative.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you need to have:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level support to Senior Executives.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills, strong communication skills, and ability to develop working relationships.
- Ability to coordinate tasks effectively, multi-task, and manage competing priorities.
- An exceptional level of professionalism, initiative, and ability to self-direct.
- Be highly organised, motivated, responsive, and resilient.
