The Crime Strategy Team provides strategic policy advice, coordination and support to various entities.
This role involves assisting the team with administrative and strategic support duties, including providing secretariat support, reporting, governance, finance, research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Crime Command Executive on reporting, governance, HR and finance tasks
- Perform secretariat duties for various Boards within Crime Command
- Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate input to requests
- Assist in drafting briefings, talking points and presentations for the Executive
- Manage team files, inboxes and reporting
- Undertake operational support tasks, projects or research to support the Crime Command Executive
Skill Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to use initiative to manage work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Ability to travel interstate for in-person secretariat support
