**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Operations Team. This role provides a unique opportunity to enter the strata industry and learn about its inner workings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team inboxes, handling phone calls, onboarding and offboarding clients, covering reception duties as needed, assisting with finance administration, and performing general office tasks.

This is an excellent entry-level position for someone looking to develop their skills in administration, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team inbox and respond to emails
  • Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Onboard and offboard clients
  • Cover reception duties as needed
  • Assist with finance administration
  • Perform general office tasks

Requirements:

  • Customer service passion and friendly communication skills
  • Able to naturally engage with people and work within a team
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Ideal experience in a similar role (one or more years)
  • Super organized to juggle multiple tasks
  • Great attention to detail
