Job Overview

The Marketing Development Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality support to the marketing team.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating stakeholder requests to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
  • Assisting in planning, executing, and evaluating promotional activities.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on marketing requests.
  • Maintaining accurate records and calendars.
  • Participating in marketing events, campaigns, and programs.
  • Monitoring digital platforms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing basic graphic design support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree or diploma with little work experience; or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated administration experience, preferably in an education setting, with coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Experience with student management systems and electronic direct mail software is desirable.
