About the role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join the national Marketing & Business Development team of a prestigious law firm. This role will see you contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives, working alongside senior stakeholders, and gaining exposure to a variety of practice areas and industry sectors.

This is an exciting chance to develop your skills in a progressive and independent law firm that values innovation, collaboration, and career growth.

Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational ability with the confidence to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • At least 2 years' experience in business development or marketing in a related professional services environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent.
Key responsibilities

You will play an integral role in supporting Business Development Managers and Advisors to deliver high-quality client initiatives, including:

  • Assisting with client relationship activities such as events, reporting, and client insights.
  • Supporting go-to-market campaigns across priority practice areas and industry sectors.
  • Preparing capability statements, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinating directory and award submissions.
  • Maintaining and updating key business development materials, including credentials, transaction lists, and online content.
