Job Description:
Our organization seeks a skilled professional to develop and implement intelligent automation solutions. This role involves designing and architecting agentic AI systems that integrate with various enterprise platforms, including Salesforce Agentforce, Glean, Workato, Mulesoft, Atlassian Suite, MS Suite of applications, and other emerging AI technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional leaders to build scalable, secure, and intelligent automation solutions that drive business transformation.

  • Design and implement AI-driven automation and agentic solutions
  • Develop and maintain AI-based bots, workflows, and integrations
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or GenAI development. They should have strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks, such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI SDKs. Additionally, they should have exposure to SaaS-based CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
