Key Sales Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Director to spearhead new business opportunities across the Education and Government sectors, encompassing Higher Education, Government agencies, and Local Government.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sector-specific procurement processes, budget constraints, and decision-making frameworks.

The successful appointee will lead a team driving profitable revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies for Australia and New Zealand, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, consultants, distributors, system integrators, resellers, and other partners.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive profitable market share growth in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with end users, ensuring a profound understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with distributors, consultants, system integrators, installers, resellers, manufacturing reps, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the Australia sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Education and Government sectors.
  • Expertise in sector-specific procurement cycles, budget limitations, and decision-making processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
