We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team in Sydney. As a clinician, you will provide high-quality clinical services to clients aged 0-65 with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
You will work closely with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication, and swallowing needs over a period of months or even years. Your role will be to play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Communication Assessments
- Conduct Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
- Develop and review Mealtime Management Plans
- Assess and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication Strategies
- Deliver ongoing therapy sessions
You will have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.
