Senior Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead engineering projects in the biochar and industrial sectors.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of biochar production plants and industrial systems.
  • Oversee project surveillance, planning, and execution activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and implement improvements to enhance project performance and efficiency.
  • Manage project milestones, timelines, and budgets, and troubleshoot technical issues during project phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, operations, and external contractors.
  • Provide project leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Travel to project sites as required to support project activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management roles within the biochar, industrial, or energy sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end projects, particularly in greenfield environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, process optimization, and commissioning protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
