Job Description:

This role leads the customer experience and quality program, ensuring product safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and reduced return material authorizations (RMAs).

The position manages customer audits, drives root cause analysis, and standardizes quality processes across sites.

Key responsibilities include building and implementing the corporate customer quality strategy and roadmap, leading customer audits and inspections, and standardizing and improving RMA and RCA processes.

Additionally, the role involves collecting and acting on customer feedback to drive satisfaction and retention, partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and improve design, processes, and safety, and benchmarking best practices and developing performance metrics.

Other key tasks include implementing dashboards and reporting systems for quality and customer metrics, training, mentoring, and developing quality team capabilities, and managing budgets related to external failure and cost of poor quality (COPQ).

Travel may be required up to 50% to engage with customers, distributors, and end-users.
