Customer Quality Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Experience and Quality program.
Job OverviewThis exciting role will oversee the company's product safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and reduced Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate customer quality strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct customer audits, inspections, and risk management activities.
- Standardize and enhance RMA and root cause analysis (RCA) processes across all sites.
- Analyze and act on customer feedback to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize defects and improve design, processes, and safety.
- Benchmark best practices and establish performance metrics.
- Create dashboards and reporting systems for quality and customer metrics.
- Train, mentor, and develop quality team capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience working in a Quality or Customer-Facing organization.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management or Project Management roles managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Prior experience with field failures/complaints is required.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
- Certified Internal Auditor certification.
