The role of Educational Leader is critical in shaping the educational direction of our centres. This position will lead change, champion best practice, and enhance the quality of our educational programs.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with educators to design and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Develop and deepen staff knowledge of child development and early years content, ensuring a strong focus on excellence in educational practice.
- Work closely with centre leadership to drive transformative changes and promote excellence in educational practice across the organisation.
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Working with Children Check.
