We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Resident Companion.

The Opportunity

As a Resident Companion, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing companionship and support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with management to develop a personalized plan for each resident
  • Coordinate personal outing services for participating Residents
  • Complete accurate and detailed participation notes
  • Focus on building rapport and offering companionship to each resident taking part in the program
  • Manage time effectively for each resident
Requirements
  • A true passion for caring for others that goes beyond just doing a job
  • Prior experience in aged care is desirable, but not necessary. We offer training for those new to aged care
  • Most importantly, a commitment to holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having all their needs met

Becoming a Resident Companion at Regis
