Job Description:

A professional in transformation communications is needed to deliver on organisation-wide communications initiatives.

This role involves working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to manage all aspects of Transformation communications across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy Execution, the successful candidate will utilise their expertise to coach leaders on the impact of transformation communications, supporting in the creation of Change Stories and becoming a frontline change agent for the Transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering project management experience in communications, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Working collaboratively as a high-performing individual with strong standing and good network within the organization
  • Providing excellent communication (written and verbal) and coaching skills
  • Developing a deep understanding of practices in communication, including producing content for different channels (web, in-person, written, video, internal social media)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing communications projects
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to produce engaging content for various channels
